1. Publisher

The LUVMO website (luvmo.com) is published by KRBDN DIGITAL, SASU (société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle) with capital of 500 €, registered with the Poitiers trade and companies registry under SIREN 991 123 878 (SIRET 991 123 878 00019), VAT FR91991123878, registered office at Le Riveau, Route de Lésigny, 86270 La Roche-Posay, France. The site is hosted by third-party cloud providers located in the European Union and the United States. The list of current sub-processors is available on request at the email above.

2. Acceptance of terms

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Privacy Policy.

3. Products & services

LUVMO offers personalised posters and prints created from photos and details you provide. Each item is custom-made — no two orders are identical. Final colour, framing or texture may differ slightly from on-screen previews due to monitor calibration and printing variances.

Digital products are delivered as high-resolution image files. Physical products (prints, framed prints, canvas) are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner and shipped to the address you provide.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable VAT for European customers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and method. Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment provider — by paying you authorise KRBDN DIGITAL to charge the agreed amount to your selected payment method.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email with your order number. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders containing content that infringes third-party rights, is illegal, or violates our content rules (see §9).

6. Delivery

Digital files are made available for download immediately after payment from your account page. Physical orders typically ship within 2–5 business days, with delivery times depending on destination — see Shipping Info. The risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal

Personalised goods are exempt from the legal right of withdrawal under Article L. 221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code. Because every poster is uniquely produced from your photos and inputs, we cannot accept returns once production has begun.

That said, we stand by our quality. If your printed item arrives damaged, defective, or differs materially from your approved preview, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@luvmo.com with photos — we'll reprint or refund.

8. Legal warranties

You benefit from the legal conformity warranty (Articles L. 217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code). These are independent of any commercial warranty offered by us.

9. Content rules

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photos and content you upload, and that the content does not infringe third-party rights, contain illegal material, depict minors in inappropriate contexts, or constitute hate speech. We may refuse or cancel orders that breach these rules.

10. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using LUVMO you grant us a non-exclusive licence to process your inputs strictly for the purpose of creating, fulfilling and delivering your order. Once delivered, the personalised artwork is yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes. The LUVMO brand, website design and underlying technology remain the property of KRBDN DIGITAL.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KRBDN DIGITAL's total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12. Governing law & dispute resolution

These terms are governed by French law. Disputes will be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction in Poitiers, except where consumer protection laws grant you a different choice of court.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
