  • Photos and creative inputs — images you upload, names, dates, and details you enter into our creation flow to personalise your poster.
  • Order & payment data — items, prices, shipping options, payment status. Card details are handled directly by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor — we never see or store your card number.
  • Technical data — IP address, user agent, approximate location (country), pages visited, anonymised device identifiers.

3. Why we process your data (legal bases)

  • Performance of contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) — creating and delivering your order, including generating your personalised artwork, processing payment, and shipping.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) — fraud prevention, service security, analytics to improve our products, transactional email delivery.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR) — accounting and tax record-keeping (10 years under French Code de commerce).
  • Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) — marketing emails, optional analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with the categories of service providers that help us operate LUVMO, and only the data they need to perform their service:

  • Payment processors — to handle your card payment securely (located in the EU and USA).
  • Print & fulfilment partners — to print and ship your physical orders (located in the EU and UK).
  • Email delivery providers — to send order confirmations, sign-in codes and shipping notifications.
  • Cloud hosting & storage providers — to run the website, store your photos and deliver images (primary region: EU).
  • Image processing providers — to generate your personalised artwork from the inputs you submit.
  • Analytics providers — to measure aggregated, anonymised usage (no advertising trackers).

We can share the identity of any specific sub-processor on request — email contact@luvmo.com.

International transfers outside the EEA, where they occur, are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission or equivalent appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Order & invoice data: 10 years (legal obligation).
  • Account data: for as long as your account is active, then 3 years of inactivity before deletion.
